His work has integrated expressionism into contemporary high fashion. Largely influenced by Oriental female and high fashion photography. Yvan’s painting is recognized by showing faces with slanted eyes, big earrings and finely arched eyebrows. Skillfully with mixed media especially oriental ink which he gets inspired by traditional Chinese ink painting.
