Martina McAteer is an Irish artist who has been selected for many solo shows in Ireland and New York. Her work is very lyrical and there is an ethereal quality to a lot of her paintings. She was voted "People's Choice" with Pen and Brush inc. in new York and her style is highly distinctive , passionate and very beautiful. She varies her methods and subjects but invariably all her pieces hold a mystique with the sense of enigma.
