Frequency

The frequency of repetition is the key to who we become. It's the consistency in action that determines our fate. Painting doesn't have to be just meaningless spots. It can be an excellent conveyor of important emotional messages and can be the beginning of opening discussions on many issues that wouldn't be addressed in normal circumstances.
